Mr. Bendinelli has 34 years of experience in both new and renovation design of office buildings and headquarters facilities for both the public and private sectors. He works with various governmental entities to ensure a “fast-track” process for project approvals and permits. He has also sought and obtained support and approvals for numerous projects from a variety of public interest and/or regulatory agencies, including zoning departments, neighborhood associations, historic area commissions, and resident councils.

Mr. Bendinelli holds a BS in Architecture from The Ohio State University, is a registered Architect in Ohio and is both NCARB Certified and a LEED Accredited Professional. He has also authored feasibility and master planning studies for a variety of building types.
