Mr. Wolfe is a senior structural engineer with 17 years of experience in transportation structures, including extensive experience in bridge replacement and rehabilitation. He began his career in the Office of Bridge Development at the Maryland State Highway Administration where he worked for 8 years before entering private practice. For the last 9 years, he has provided professional engineering services to clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Mr. Wolfe holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and a M. Eng. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Maryland, Ohio, and Delaware.
