Over the years, PRIME has grown steadily in capacity and reputation, especially for the exceptional A/E services it has delivered to our public sector clients. PRIME is a certified MBE-DBE firm in many states and is certified as a small business enterprise by the federal government.

Our Services

PRIME is a small business with big ideas, providing our clients with premier Architectural/Engineering (A/E) services. Our staff includes licensed Professional Engineers and Registered Architects, many of whom are LEED® Accredited Professionals. PRIME’s team also includes Construction Management and Construction Inspection Professionals.

Our Offices

Currently PRIME operates from seven offices in the mid-Atlantic, New England, and mid-west regions which include Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Virginia, and Massachusetts. PRIME’s professionals average 25 years of experience in their respective disciplines.
