My name is Matt Baxendell. I am a Project Engineer for civil and roadway in the Columbus, Ohio office. I began my career with PRIME in June 2015.
What has kept you with the company?
This is the best engineering job ever because employees are treated well and the work hours are very reasonable.
Also, I am fortunate to be involved with a whole spectrum of initiatives from working on projects to assisting marketing with proposals. One fun example is I was assigned to roller blade midway between bike trail heads to check it out, which was approximately two miles for the Olentangy River Trail proposal.

There is an outstanding work environment at PRIME! I enjoy successfully completing projects we can actually hang our hat on and making my boss happy.
What is the one thing you cannot resist?

What are your three most overused words/phrases?

– Do this first then…
– Michigan sucks. I said that phrase six times in a radio interview once.

I write a Sunday opinion column about OSU football, and I get interviewed on sport talk radio all around Ohio! Bucknuts.com
